Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program

WIC is a nutrition program that seeks to provide nutritional assistance to low-income or nutritionally at-risk pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to 5 years old.

Good nutrition will help provide the best possible start in life and is a necessary ingredient for mothers and children to grow healthy and strong.

WIC benefits include:

  • Free nutrition education and guidance for mothers and children
  • Free breastfeeding education and support
  • Free referrals for healthcare
  • Free vouchers for nutritious food like cereal, milk, baby formula, cheese and eggs to supplement your diet.
Good nutrition

These food vouchers can be redeemed at authorized local retail stores.
